ChartB.ai is an AI-assisted clinical documentation tool designed for licensed healthcare professionals. The Service generates draft medical notes based on data provided by the user.

3. Authorized Users

The Service is intended for use by licensed physicians and authorized healthcare professionals only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All content generated by ChartB.ai is an AI-assisted draft and is NOT a final medical document. The treating physician is solely responsible for reviewing, editing, verifying, and approving all generated content before it is used in any patient's medical record. ChartB.ai does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.

5. HIPAA Compliance

Users must ensure their use of the Service complies with HIPAA and all applicable healthcare regulations. A Business Associate Agreement (BAA) must be in place before processing Protected Health Information (PHI) through the Service.

6. User Responsibilities

Review and verify all AI-generated content before clinical use.
Maintain the security of your login credentials.
Use the Service only for its intended clinical documentation purpose.
Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and institutional policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

ChartB.ai is provided "as is." We are not liable for any clinical decisions made based on AI-generated content. The physician retains full responsibility for patient care and documentation accuracy.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
